Sites doing brilliantly for its 2nd official month of being up, with 270 members and over half a thousand posts . It is quite active. It gets around 50 uniques a day but it really does vary. From 300-50 . Before it was easily averaging around 280,290.


Revenue:
- Minimal around 15-20$ earned from the site so far.

Reason for selling
Its my final year at college, i not only need the cash for clothes , equipment and stuff. I simply dont have the time to manage the site. I thought selling it before the release of the Xbox 360 would be better , though i would have more to gain selling it after. It gets quite alot of visitors at the moment, imagine its potential when the Xbox 360 comes out. I have really need this site to be sold, which is why the BIN for the site has dropped so low and i dont have time anymore to develop it. Please someone snap up this bargain.

Reasons to buy:
- Hours and hours put into the 100% Unique skin (worth at least 150$ NON CODED)
- Hours put into modding the site , adding extra features and functionality.
- Huge amount of potential , its getting alot of visitors even before the 360 console is out. Just imagine when its out the searching (overture) will rocket.

If i had time to develop the site im pretty sure it could reach 1000 members in a month. I developed it only a little and received 25 members from that. The hosting has already been pre-paid for... so its best that stays with the site. Its got a 100% unique skin and uses a rare script. The lowest i could do it would have to be 85$.
