Established XBOX 360 Cheat Codes Website PR4

I am looking to sell http://www.xbox360codes.info a PR4 site for XBOX 360 cheat codes. Site is fairly new and contains a database of 54 XBOX 360 games and information with 134 total cheats available. The PR has come from sites that link to it with the anchor text "XBOX 360 Codes". Links will stay in place on the other sites as long as the links on this site remain.

Traffic: Unknown, site was recently purchased from a different owner

Revenue: None at this time but adsense was just implemented 11/27/2005

Site comes with a hosting package from ICDSoft.com which does not expire until August 28, 2006.


BIN: $150

For the BIN ONLY I will create a custom cms/admin panel to enable you to more easily add cheats, games, and news.

How are cheats added? Via admin Panel? Can users submit cheats as well?

Cheats are added right into the database currently. Right now users can post their cheats in the forum and once they are verified then they are added into the database by an admin. For the BIN I will create a custom cms to make updates even easier and make the site more automated.

What you really have to look at here is the quickness in growth especially since the XBOX 360 was just released just a few days ago.

Ok what exactly will you do to the site for a BIN? Will you make an admin panel to add cheats from?
