Looking to buy websites with traffic - has to be organic traffic, primarily from Google.

.com preferable. Must have a minimum of 200 uniques per month. It should be ranking with some medium difficulty terms and have good content.

Earning isnt as important as traffic and content.

Social accounts which come with the site are also a good bonus.
