Established WTB - Junk/neglected/undeveloped/non-revenue generating sites

Hi,
I'm looking to buy sites that people are no longer developing - any old and neglected sites that you just don't have time to develop.

Traffic and revenue do not matter. I would prefer content sites (but others are welcome as well). No turnkey sites that offer services like image hosting/etc (although I will consider turnkey content sites).

The domain must be at least 1 year old. I will even consider incomplete 1-page web sites as long as the domain is over a year old.
