Established Looking to buy dating/personals site(s)

Hi,

I am looking to buy neglected dating/personals sites. I do not care about traffic, would like the site to be online, over 1 year old and have some positive PR. I am looking mainly for sites with some type of original content.

NOT looking for database sites, member sites, sites that take time to admin-- I prefer the old static HTML type sites. The older the better.

Also, NOT looking for templates--especially NOT template sites.

It looks like a template, has no PR, etc.

The design is nice, but it's not exactly what I am looking for.
