Turnkey WTB: Indian Credit Card MiniSite

I am looking for a simple Credit Card related minisite with:

• Indian Credit Card information
• Lots of Google ads
• Affiliate links if possible
• As automated as possible
• Traffic/ PR not important

Please remember, I have zero-skill in webdesigning and do not have the time to manage a site. Just want to make good use of some of the credit card domains that I have currently parked. So the site should be as simple to manage as possible.
