Sale of the domain would include all webpage content; although buyer would be responsible for setting up an affiliate agreement. Traffic on the site is about 500 visitors per month. Assume nominal revenue (I've stopped advertising). Revenue and traffic could be significantly increased with more advertising and SEO.
I've run out of time and energy on this project. This is a great opportunity for someone else to swoop in and get the site optimized.
