Must be priced realistically. I am not a delusional end-user. If you don't know whether or not your name is priced realistically, it probably isn't. Example of "priced realistically" - OakPark.org sells on a SEDO auction for $3XX. Example of "priced unrealistically" - a couple days earlier, the owner of OakPark.us counter-offers $5000 for it. I reserve the right to repost and make fun of the most hilariously overpriced submissions.

Must be able to verify ownership by responding from the email listed in the whois. If you are unable to do this or have privacy enabled, sorry, not interested.

Payment made via paypal, escrow if it is worth over a certain threshold.
