budget: $50+/item WTB - Buying Small/Medium Website earning Revenue

I am looking to buy some small/medium website which made a constant revenue only from Adsense (must be month revenue) website.

Niche:- I prefer all niche, just send me what you have. Don't send me junk

Budget:- $150-$2000

I will calculate the price on 6-month average earning.

Example:- let's say your site earned $30 on average in the last six month. Then I will only pay $30*5=$150

If you are looking more then 5-month revenue don't send me your website.
