Would I have a problem with Myspace.cctld?

Was thinking of buying a Myspace.cctld to develop and was wondering if I might get in trouble with the TM police?

Anyone had any or heard of any issues with a Myspace.ccltd or a similar name?

For instance if I bought or reg'd Myspace.ec would I have any issues using the name myspace? I was thinking of developing with a similar idea like myspace.com.
