SomeWordHereTUBE.com TM question

Hi all :) i am thinking of creating a SomeWordHereTUBE.com website, where i would put in embed youtube videos. Wouldnt i have any TM issues with youtube?

But tube is a dictionary word and i wont use somethingyoutube.com only somethingtube.com so in my oppinion it isnt wrong or am i false?

Apple is also a dictionary word, yet it's acquired distinctiveness because Apple
Computer has consistently been using that term to sell computer products for
the longest time. YouTube has pretty much gotten that for online videos or so.

If you especially input ads on that site, that might get their attention.

Yes, but there are many sites that are popular now that use "Tube".

No one else made computers that were branded "Apple"

Again, it's up to YouTube if they want to make it an issue. They won't be able
to go after everyone, but they can go after those they're able to.

If someone else is making computers and branding them Apple something, you
can bet that Apple Computer will have a problem with that.
