MS might... They are aggressive in protecting thier mark. You are clearly going to be using the domain in the catagory which MS has a direct TM. I don't think you will do this for the fun of it, so if you bring in any revenue (adsense, links, seeling stuff), that is instant bad faith.

So you make your risk/reward call here....

hmm, but what about long established sites that have used the words windows or XP or vista in their name?

I am thinking here of
WindowsVistaWeblog.com

and names such as yours, like "PSPForums.com"??

The basics of infringing domains... usage, usage, usage... You make no mention how you would be using it, and I gave some helpful advice.

As far as other domain in concerned, what about it? Do you realize how long and complicated the domain/TM game is? But it has been covered to the Nth degree here. Just use the search box and type in "trademark" and "tm". Almost all senarios have been covered.

But the bottom line in "bad faith" or "good faith". There is no grey (though in reality, there is. But in the domain game, any hint of bad faith works against you).

PS- PSP doesn't really go after domains because it helps promote their products. Windows on the other hand, they protect it like a hawk, that is the difference.
