advice Worthwhile to acquire this domain name?

I've an offer to acquire an one-word domain with a complementing tld, like, SUV.shop at high $xx. There are already sites hosted at SUVshop.com and SUVshop.net.

My confusions is there are SUVshop LLC and SUV LLC registered in US. How can I check if there is any TM issue? Would it be worthwhile to acquire this domain?

I think might be a good idea to also check previous sales history for the actual domain name across all TLD's... so basically just search on Namebio and use the "one word" but leave it on all TLD's and also leave it on "anywhere"

That should give you an indication if the domain name and niche fetches good prices and if there is a big enough demand for it...
