How to acquire a domain registered with false information?

I would like to acquire a domain name that has been registered with false information. Can you tell me how to do that?

Can you recommend a person or a company who can offer this kind of service? Sedo said that they cannot offer their brokerage service for a domain like that.

A domain registered under false details probably won't generally be available for re-registration because of it. I would think the owner (if contacted at all) would be given a chance to reevaluate their registration ownership information before an action would be taken at all.

There are tonnes of domains out there registered under false information, with no consequence at all.

As to who you can contact about this, i'm not sure, probably their registrar would be a good start if you're really concerned.

I tried to contact the person listed as the domain owner, but he hang me out because of the bad reputation of romanians in cyberspace.

@brad - yes, the contact information is valid, it's a doctor from belgium but he doesn't know that someone else registered a domain using his information

Did you email the administrator email in the whois and get an answer? Whoever controls the admin email of a domain is the owner.

@erdy - the email is from a romanian email service used in the past by romanian wannabe hackers, which now is closed.

from the email address i came to the conclusion that the domain is registered under false information.

i might be wrong, but i doubt that..
