Worth of 5 letter domain?

Hi,

I was checking some 5 letter domains but it's really hard to find a good domain. May i know what's the worth of 5 letter domain name?

For example domain is: emenu.com or xrisk.com

What would be the worth of this type of domain?

I would say emenu would probably be worth $xx,xxx and xrisk probably in the low $x,xxx.

Depends on the keywords.

i love 5 LETTER DOMAINS I perfer the Brandable type, but most that I deal with go in the range of $100-$500

if it's an e or and i in front of a real word, like eshop, those tend to be worth a load more than just 5 random pronounceable letters.

If you have 5 letters that form a made-up word, the value depends on the end user. The invented word could be worth reg fee but it could be worth hundreds if someone sees a brandable use for it.

I would say emenu.com would be worth x,xxx plus..

As far as xrisk.com I really don't see the value here. So maybe mid xx to low xxx.

However a great deal of a DNs value is in the eye of the beholder.

I think the value depends also on what kind of business a domain name can cover. I'm not sure if many people buy a name even when it says nothing about their business only for the reason because it has 5 letters.

To be honest I can't see many branches/businesses which a name like emenu.com could cover. Therefore I would say the value is much lower than x,xxxx. :imho:
