When your apartment gets to this point, I wonder if you even bother ***** in the toilet, or anywhere near the bathroom, for that matter. The moment you feel a dump coming on, do you just drop your pants, squat down and start squeezing no matter where you are in the apartment?

I have to say that I have seen just as bad if not worse. Well I won't say worse because it was just different.

I started in real estate several years back and purchased my first house, it needed a lot of work. One of the things that needed to be worked on was the countless amount of roaches EVERYWHERE. There was even a tenant which was a 70+ year old man living with the bugs. The bugs didn't pay rent and neither did he. So it was time to go so we can fix up the house. He had no family or friends, the only way he could move is if I did it for him. Me and my father in law rented a uhaul and moved his stuff. I swear everything we moved had hundreds of roaches including his mattress which was probably infested with at least a thousand of them. Roach poop was everywhere and on every thing. On top of that he had termites and fleas. So when we moved him we picked up a desk and it literally went to dust. The termites just ate that desk up.
