Hi all,
based on my avatar picture you should be able to guess my name
I joined the domaining area with the release of the first new gTLDs. In my job I'm an IT professional but with no relation to domaining. I'm doing it in my leisure so just a few hours a week. I've started learning a lot of the terminology and finally how to find good names for investing. Now I own a few gTLDs, so let's see. Maybe I'm a lucky one and able to sell one or more of them for good money in a few years!? This money I would use to invest it at least as down payment to buy a house or an apartment for my family.
Recently I've started to build an Amazon affiliate shop based on one of my domains. Curious whether this will work.
Hope to learn a lot from you guys.
PS: Just to explain the subject:
This is a running gag in Germany and it's based on the geo location of Munich. The city is located in the south of Germany near the alps. Often, while in most other regions in Germany it's raining and cold, in Munich we have still warm weather with sunshine because of the foehn winds from the mountains. Then we have summer feeling sometimes even in late November or already early February - like in the south, like in Italy.
