I hope you will be fine. Personally, I try to make some TM research for each name before I register them. I usually use:

- http://www.uspto.gov/trademark

Even if a name has a trademark issue, it can be "generic enough" to be considered safe. Until this point, not so many gTLDs keyword + extension (that together forms an existing TM) have been tested by a UDRP panel. Time will tell...

After loosing a litigation swiss company says they will exchange their .com domain into a .world domain (german article) because their work stands for more than 'commercial':

I am wondering why they don't choose .top but .world of course is also a smart TLD in my eyes.

Just noticed a translation typo in your post:

REIZEN means 'travel' in DUTCH language while it means 'IRRITATE' in GERMAN language...
