Equifax filed a UDRP to usurp the seemingly generic, aged domain name WorkNumber.com.
Registered in 1998, WorkNumber.com displayed PPC ads that linked to services provided by competitors of Equifax. The Complainant operates from the domain TheWorkNumber.com and has registered the mark THE WORK NUMBER, effective in 1997.
