Wordtracker and Google Adword Keyword Tool Question

I was curious if there was a general rule of thumb when comparing drop list .com names against wordtracker/google's adword keyword tool? There are some names I like but i'm not sure if the name is worth the reg fee.

An example of a .com name had the following stats:

Local Search Volume: March --> 49,500
Global Monthly Search Volume --> 27,100
Wordtracker --> Didn't find an exact match but it was probably only a 2

Some of the other names had scores less than 10,000

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can`t get any accurate stuff from this type of tools, but I think google tools is way better than wordtracker's
