Google Adword "Keyword Tool"

I use this keyword " We want you" on keyword tool. It showed me

5,400 Avg search volume
Not enough data for "Jan search vol"
No data for "search trend volume"

Why is it that a 5,400 Avg search volume can have no data for both "Jan search vol" and "search trend volume" ?

Can any1 explains this to me?

It means have 5,400 Avg search volume from history, but have no enough data for Jan.

Don't know why the keyword has no search result for Jan on Adwords, but WordTracker is showing 26 search results for the keyword "we want you"

There are a lot of keywords that have low to mid range search volume that show up like that. Probably just some kind of quirk with the tool.
