Winners and losers

From the new TLDs which ones do you guys think are going to be the probable winners and losers over the long run? I think extensions like best, realty, accountants, broker, apartments, creditcard, exchange etc might not be preferred extensions over the long run. Appreciate your views.

Even.ai is only one. Dot-com owners are like the gasoline car owners who don’t want to switch to Tesla. Dot-com will die eventually.
