Wild West Reseller Backorder Worthless Against a Hand Reg Today

I backordered barbeques.biz through a Wild West reseller yesterday for today's drops, and now the domain is available to hand register. Has anyone had any success at getting a reseller to grab a decent expiring domain since they split away from Godaddy? It reminds me of the experiences I used to have with registerfly.

If the company you are dealing with is honest with you as with any other customer you will never have a problem with them and that is does not matter if they are resellers or not

Godaddy backorders have the same issue, this isn't very surprising.

Maybe they don't go after .biz domains
Sounds weird but they don't support all tld's.
Call them and ask if they capture .biz

In this case, the reseller, has nothing to do with the process. Godaddy would have everything to do with the issue. Its not an issue of honesty so much as an issue of competency. Is a backorder @ Godaddy any good? Usually not.
