Website Developer Required - Wild West Reseller Exp Preferred

I just bought a hosting/domain reg site from Wild West Domains as a reseller of their products. The site is:
SwiftWebHosting.com
I redirected the domain SwiftWebHosting.com to the site URL.
The site they gave me was a template and this restricts me from doing serious SEO work on it. I can't place keywords into my site because it's not a coded site.

Now...what I need is someone who can build a site from scratch with all the elements as the current site. It must look almost the same. Even cut and paste for all I care as long as the site functions exactly the way it originally did.

Can someone help me on this one?

I'm XHTML, CSS and SEO expert. But i didn't work with asp yet, i see this site is based on asp scripts. Does the work involve asp recoding or you have someone to do that.

No what I need is simple Estetika, no need for advanced coding. No databases, no forms to setup. All I need are landing pages that look exactly the same as my hosting site so that when a customer lands on my homepage he/she will see exactly the same thing as they would on my hosting site.

When a customer does a search or makes a purchase, is when they will be redirected to the actual site.

I need to do this because I received a template site that doesn't allow you to put in any meta tags or keywords for SEO work. Even the site is a subfile of another site and that's bad for business in my view. I need the name and the logo SwiftWebHosting.com to be seen under its own domain which I own.

I need around 5-10 pages copied from the original site and pasted (recoded) in php or any other popular scripts that you guys use these days. I don't know. But the job is very simple. My budget is low because I've been screwed and conned by sharks and I've been bled dry almost, so I'm trying to make one last effort at this!
