Why this domain get bad valuation from Estibot?

Hello ,
When i search some keyword in google keyword tool , i find keyword " pc world magazine " have good result in exact search . Then i check for availibility for this domain . I see pcworldmagazine avalaible for .net exstension . Then just go to estibot for domain valuation . I submit 2 domain name , pcworldmagazine.com/.net for comparison . When show the result , see :
.com : $55
.net : $0

I`m little shock for the result . I think that domain have good exact search , word spelling and sound are good and keyword length is three .
Any comments for this?

The domain has value only to the Trademark owner: PC World.

I suggest that you avoid registering obvious TM domains.

Also, don't depend on automatic appraisal tools as gospel (although this one seems dead on).
