Is Google Keyword Tool wrong...?

I have been looking at a very specific domain, in a highly competitive market, that I wanted to buy and yesterday Google Keyword Tool showed that the search term that matches the domain had 368,000 searches with Match Type "Exact" for the month of April. Today the same search gave me 450,000 searches with "Exact" Match Type, for the very same domain/search phrase. Shouldn't the search result be the same here?

I then tried to make the same kind of search with Market Samurai and it gave me an entirely different, and "less popular", result.

I know that Google Keyword Tool perhaps is not 100% accurate but as far as I'm aware it does illustrate the aprox. searches actually made on Google, so if I have a domain with 368,000 "Exact" searches on Google Keyword Tool can I trust that result??

Does it not make this search term/domain very attractive?

It has a few glitches now and then, but it's pretty much accurate.

Hi DMI

Does that mean, in your opinion, that a domain name that has 368,000 "Exact" searches is worth going after...?

(I'm going to buy it anyway but I would like to know if a very high "Exact" search on Google Keyword Tool indicates high demand and is worth going after, even if it is a .org domain. Besides it is a 2-word, easy to say and remember name, so I think it is worth it - just needed a second opinion) :)

Well, if you think you can "beat" the competition, then go for it!
