Forgive these newb questions, please.
I never see the omnipotent "on line" mentioned, or used in names. Why?
Is it because one assumes that someone is online?
Is it because whatever name is typed in -if you follow it with "on line" - it makes no difference?
I ask because of the millions that type in that phrase.
And when they do - do they type in "on line" before or after the subject name?
