Wow. Something is seriously wrong with those images... did you make them from photoshop?

I have never seen anything like it... or perhaps, when you export the image, you lowered the quality so low that it appeared terrible. In theory, changing formats should never do anything like that. Try saving your images at the highest quality and see if it turns out properly, then slowly lower quality and size until you find a good balance.

Hope this helps!

IMHO the images went wrong while saving in gif / try decreasing the comprrsion while saving.

You have over optimized the images for size.

Consider them saving in other format. Or make the quality better then the one selected when exporting this ones.

Thanks.

If you send me the PSD, etc... I can save it properly for you.

Or, another way (not ideal) is to take a screenshot of it open with photoshop, copy into a new document, and then just select the part you want and "Save as..." a gif with 100% quality. Or copy into another program and try.

Yeah most def something in the transition. If you take for example the home button and blow it up in Photoshop the pixels are all shifted probably because of compression.

This is a free template for phpld.

Why would you have problems trying to export the images? Why would you need to do that anyway?

All images come perfect with the template.

What were you trying to do exactly with the images?

Hi

I looked over the files you sent me, and there isn't a PSD. However, all the .gif images are fine. I did not find any .png images in the zip either. This means that somebody converted the .gif's into .png's (and poorly at that) and probably changed these settings in the .tpl files as well.

Hi, thanks for taking a look at them. How can i fix it.....i mean, how can i make them look correctly?

Thanks, fuser

Well, either you can edit the template so that it displays the .gif images (i have no idea where your PNG images are, as they are not in the file you included), or you can convert your .gif's into .png's properly and replace the old ones (again, I'm not sure where they are since I did not see them in the zip).

Hi, i sent you the template zip that i uploaded so that you saw that there was nothing wrong with the gif files. In order to convert them properly i have to open them in photoshop and that should work right? Someone said that the png looked also bad because they werent converted in the correct way.

Ill try that and i hope it works.

Thanks, fuser
