Why Do People

make offers such as i'll do banners for 200np and dont post examples of there work if they dont have examples and are trying to build a portfolio then say so but if they do have a portfolio then please post it people do like to see what you can do before they spend there hard earned np$.

200 np$ isn't exactly breaking the bank though now is it ? .... There is more talent in this forum than anyone would ever need , Bump the amounts up if you want good results IMO.

I dont offer that much and i dont have a portfolio at this time but will have one up asap. I just need time to get em up.
