Whois?

On some of my names, I'm using WhoisGuard with NameCheap. However, I want to sell these domains.

I want them to be able to contact me, but I don't want anyone to know unneccessary information (Location, phone number, etc.)

I am using my home address to register domains, and privacy is more important than actually selling the domain name to me. Is there any good solutions where I can get the best of both worlds?

get a P.O. Box, & an online VM service, if you search Nps for privacy there is a good thread about this same topic (I couldn't find it right away) it also has a link to a free online VM service.
