WhoIs Says Expires in 2019...

I found a domain I like and decided to look up the WhoIs results and it says the domain expires in October of 2019, yet, I cannot reg this domain, and it has contact info and seems registered on the WhoIs site.

I looked it up with 2 different sites.

Why is this?

Depends what the site was once used for i purchased a name sitting in my account that i added renewals to but whois doesn't update i have in past spent time on phone but told it has some case attached.
