WhoIs Lookup Search by Domain Owner's Name?

I want a WhoIs search database where you can look up queries by the admin's name. I know that www.domaintools.com/registrant-search/ does it for a fee but I am wondering if there are any tools out there that are for free.

It's been discussed before. There's one site that comes close to it, though it's
not necessarily exhaustive:

http://www.who.is/domain_archive-com

Other than that, it's too costly to put up one that keeps as many records as,
say, DomainTools' does, more so free.

i think the best way to go with this is if you will be using it multiple times is to upgrade in whois.sc/domaintools.com
