Whois is whois, nobody will show more info that is actually there. And since May 2018 most details are hidden. But some registrars, like GoDaddy, will allow you to contact the registrant without knowing their e-mail.

I don't think it's related to whois lookup. I think some registrars hide email addresses.

Doesn't exist, sadly. Hiring a good broker could help, hunting the owner down. If the "Whois" failed as a feature, masking customers, it wouldn't be offered
