Install Adblock into FireFox. Right click on the background and add it to the blocked images. The ad disappears leaving just the orange background. The lack of color contrast is not quite so hurting on the eyes.

I don't think it's the skin. We've got a lot of new traffic coming in today for some reason. Maybe its time to add a third server to the network.

It looks alot better at resolutions of 1280x1024 or lower for those with high res monitors.

I think it's a fun change and it's only for a short period of time. I've recently purchased a dedicated server myself, so I can fully appreciate how expensive running a site like Namepros (on multiple dedicated servers) must be.
