discuss Who is Domainbank?

Does anybody know who Domainbank is at Namejet? I ask as Domainbank bidded $2,500 at one of my auctions but failed to hit the reserve. Would be interested to chase he / she / them up if possible to see if they'd be interested in making a direct offer.

I'm wondering if it is a bot or a group of investors as I see many domains bought by this alias.

Only other option would be to relist again. I believe the current bidders will receive a notification that the domain is back on auction as it usually gets added to their wishlist if they bidded previously.

It's a great domain. Haven't had it for long and I am sure it is worth way more than $2.5k too. Hasn't been on Namejet more than once and already got 2.5k. I reckon it can go way higher and won't sell it for 2.5k. Can't share the name just yet

If you remember any other domains that bidder has won, go check those out; might have contact info right on the site, or visible info if you whois the domain/s. If you don't remember any, take note of any new domains they win, then go check those domains out in a couple days.

As I remember he's a Vietnamese big spender at NJ , who at one time was allowed by NJ stuff to place a pre-release bid after the official deadline. So you can expect that he is receiving preferential treatment there.

Haha, that was the NameJet world and everyone will have already forgotten about that unwon auction ... this is the Namepros and beyond world . I want to relist soon so don't want to over expose the last high bid amount just yet.

wow really? I like that he's a big spender :p. I think I have managed to find the person by looking through previous purchases and finding one where the domain has not been whois protected.
