Which registrar for Domain Tasting

I heard moniker can do so but have to pay the icann fees
Anywhere can do that for example i pay $80 for 10 domains then delete it n pay maybe 2 or 3 n then they refund me back in my acct n i re reg new ones..is that possible?

Dynadot does it free of charge but you need to put $500 into your account. It might not be free anywhere for much longer (type ICANN + tasting into Google for some interesting results).

As far as i know, we can make the account prepay deposit in any amount

Didn't know that... I was under the impression that it was going to cost $8.99 for regs unless I had $500 in my account. Will have to check that out -- I don't taste much, but it's helpful sometimes

Dynadot's the place to taste but you don't need to prefund your account at all. The $500 pre-funding is to get the discounted rate of $7.50 per reg.

No you can't get it back. Your $500 goes towards regging your names and stays in your account. Surely you will be keeping some of the names you taste. But, you don't need to prepay $500 to taste there. Try to buy one name there, you will see what we mean.

When a domain name is deleted within the grace period the registrars get full refund (registry fee + icann fee) so the remaining charge is pure profit for Moniker
Dynadot is probably your best bet and you don't have to prepay $500 at once - when you reach the threshold of $500 spent they will automatically adjust your account to bulk pricing.
Another possibility is Pool catch & release (possibly cheaper than Moniker)

PS: Dynadot does not refund the money, instead they credit your account for future purchases.
