I have 190 names with 2 on active SEDO auction this week.

Over the next 3 months, I'm going to sell 5 names below in an attempt to recoup a portion of my initial investment.

- if you're developing, it would depend on your level of interest and passions for each topic, as well as the revenue generating potential...

- personally, if I had to choose, I would develop the following based on revenue potential:
smartphones (portal, forum, reviews, and shop)
consultant (job portal, directory, news, social networking)
save (online discount coupons, subscriber sale alerts, ?)
vehicles (reviews, buying guide, classifieds, service/dealer directory, forum)
condominiums (condo listings, vacation rentals)

- if I was fluent in Spanish, I might develop restaurantes and educacion as well.

cheat.mobi --gamers would love it, especially the early mobi ones.
save.mobi --could be a biggie once the ad things are more in focus.
cancun.mobi --great resort. Member Carlton is good with cities.
fantasybaseball.mobi --Could have it up by opening day, and have a nice jump on this audience

If you can speak/write spanish, definitely - restaurantes.mobi. LA and SoCal here would be a good market to start it going with.

Sell:

vet.mobi --could bring a nice $ for your roi
military.mobi --are you really going to develop it?
consultant.mobi --this type of professional should pay nicely for this name.
collect.mobi --great to sell to a financial service type of biz, w/deep pockets
borrow.mobi --same as above.

step one ... set up a fact finding trip to cancun, network with some local gurus while there, write it off ... develop cancun.mobi! also alumni, vehicles, borrow and save

sell ... fantasybaseball (too much would go into development), collect, military, backgammon and crosswordpuzzles

sit on the others and ask us agian in 12 months

I pretty much agree with hawkeye overall post.

Restaurantes is definitively the one I would not sell at this stage. And if you don't speak Spanish, you will certainly find someone who does to help you.
