For designing, Adobe Photoshop.

For coding the design, or various other things, Dreamweaver. ;)

I voted other.
Check out XSitePro.com, it costs, but it is more than worth it. The site in my sig is done with it, and took only a couple of hours, and this is my first real site.
It allows you to design nice looking, seo friendly sites in no time atall, so you can concentrate on content and marketing tyhe site.

I'd have to say dreamweaver for making the site functional. I use fireworks and freehand for most design work.

Dreamweaver for the actual coding of the website, because it is all I have experience with, apart from Photoshop, which I use for design.

Actually I lied, I don't use notepad I use PowerEdit, which has syntax highlighting and shows the number of rows... Handy for PHP errors on line bla bla beats having to count down lines in notepad :)

In all honesty I use DreamWeaver to hand code but I really hate it. The problem is that DW has this auto indent, which looks good while coding. However, when you view the source code you realize that the tabs it puts in are twice to trice as longer than if you would have spaced it in. I think this is a horrible feature that they need to fix in upcoming versions.

Other than that I like DWs coloring and usability. I voted other, because I am still waiting for that other program that can beat DW.

Dreamweaver or Notepad++ for coding
Photoshop for graphics.

If i'm working on a full site, i'll use Dreamweaver, but if I just need to fix a few errors, i'll use notepad++ because i'm lazy and cant wait for dreamweaver to load :P
