Which domains are worth of a value?

I am new in the field of domaining. Its addictive in many of its senses. I have gathered few domains. I do not have clear idea of market. While getting appraisals I am learning few basic things.
- Selling domain is a job of patience
- dot com s and few are others are only worth investing
- new gtlds are not only pricey but have high renewal charges. Doubtful if it is worth in investing large sum.
-Keywords are good ideas but you will have to dig a lot find real treasure
-As like any other fields experience will only teach you
- best domains are sold decades ago. Digest it.

You look a tad to young to be a domainer But I agree with your thoughts. Better to enjoy those rides in the pram to the local shops
