So, which of these three should I invest in marketing an auction?

I have three domains that I think are worth investing in either a Sedo or GoDaddy auction -- by that I mean, paying not only to auction it, but to pay for premium listing, etc.

First, do folks think those kinds of add-ins are worth the money, in general?

Second, do you think it would be worth the money for one or more of the following domains?
(I know that every time someone asks a question like this, the response is always, well it depends on the domain. Well, here they are.)

LightwayEnergy.com
ConcussionInsurance.com (likely bundled with ConcussionInsurance.net)
BesserJedenTag.com (bundled with BesserJedenTag.de) (translation: Better Every Day in German)

NameBio seems to indicate a lot of four and five figure sales for ____________Energy.com and ___________Insurance.com names.

The English version of BetterEveryDay sold twice at $X,XXX prices.

Thoughts on both questions?

I sell more domains faster on GD than Sedo.

I dont use premium listings on GD and no reserve works better for me.

I like your energy domain.

I did contact them and got no response. In fact, the website makes it seem like the company is not really an ongoing concern. No news updates since 2014

To expand on the original question -- do you spend to promote a really good domain that is on auction, or assume that really good domains will get their own traffic and spend to promote just OK domains that might need a little extra help and interest?

Featured listings are useless, just wasting more money.
Bad names don't benefit from increased exposure, since nobody wants to buy.
Good names don't need gimmicks, they speak for themselves :)

On GD, if you don't use premium listing, are you just doing 7 day auctions or just the regular auction listings?

Yes, I only have paid for auction membership which is like 5.95 per year. I run 7 day auctions.

Which type of domains do you usually sell on GD and what would you generally recommend?

I have sold brandables and numerics. I sold referya[dot]com for $795 and have sold 4L.com and 6N.com. I have sold different ones. Not any one specific type.

I will say that GD auctions are alot like NP. I look for what is "trending" in the auctions and try to sell similar domains.

Thanks, I just recently subscribed for a year to sell on the auction platforms.

Therefore I just picked out some names from my portfolio for the first run; would you mind to give me your expert advice over PM? B-)
