I would recommend enom as you can get started without paying anything (except 100$ to fill your account, but the funds are available to buy domains). Enom is very reliable and they offer many features at no cost (API,Registryrocket etc). You can't go wrong with enom.

They are pretty good in convesation.
Even MD won't let you feel you are in some Company.
