i'm not really sure what you do then, wait for one of the smart people to come in, i think a trademark from anywhere can be used in any court aslong as its a legit trademark.

Just had a search and it seems that as long as the country is a signatory of the Madrid agreement then the trademark carries with that country:-

Copyrights are usually handled by copyright lawyers. A copyright is usually reserved for things like poetry, books, music. Anything else is regarded as a trademark. Copyright stops plagerism and that's about all it will do.

So you need to decide if you want a tradmark or not.

Copyright is for the contents of your domain (Website) typically; is that what you need? If so, a simple search of USPTO.gov will take you to the exact process to do so.
If TM - Peter's on point if you are looking to register an "international" TM.
