I want to buy domains that are already making a decent amount of parking revenue, and I would pay a multiple of the monthly revenues. Is there any marketplace for that?

You can check even that forum, but keep in mind that that there aren't much domains like these (earning on traditional parking).

Like what multiple? My best domain, parking wise, brings in like fifty bucks a month and that domain is worth like fifty grand, and I just sold a domain for just under mid five figures that didn't even bring in, I don't think, a dollar of parking revenue last month, so the parking rev doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the domain value. I think you're wasting your time with this sort of thinking.

I am not interested in domains that are have market value, but in domains that just bring traffic / revenue given their old backlinks / type in traffic.

Request from the wanted section, or try your luck at the auction houses, many of them give traffic stats.

op never implied or mentioned park rev is related to name value... which it can be but doesnt need to be

There are number of ways to purchase such domains. You can book for backorders on domains that are highly filled with traffic. You can look at some nice offers in this forums, Flippa, Digitalpoint and many others. If you get a popular command keyword domain. I would think you are very lucky ;)

when you buy domains for parking
be aware that the parking stats are often
not the same that you will see when you will own the domain

there are a lot of issues

don't trust the data

type in traffic domains typically are worth much more and they tend have higher intrinsic value, than backlink traffic

however, any domain that produces revenue, which can be proven....has market value, because they are coveted by their owners and those who would like to own them.

imo...

Words of wisdom, be very-very-very careful when purchasing these types of names, stats can be falsified easily, learn how to completely verify stats on any given traffic domain
