Dont waste your time on Exabytes. I had registered 2 names few days back. The payment was deducted ($0.99 each), but domains weren't registered. I ended up registering them at alpnames yesterday.

I think that's for the initial registrations. There is a delay in initial registrations while they verify the account. Subsequent registrations for me were completed within 2 minutes of submitting payment
