Try using wordpress. It has a lOt of free themes in a variety of niches....

You can find pretty cool wordpress themes in these threads, One & Two ( Just find a design that's perfect for movie blogs. )

I couldn't find a theme which had both nice design + SEO. So, had to develop the whole design myself. I now have more 2000 unique visitors per month. SEO is perfect and design is the best i could ask for :D

SOme movie themes in joomla. SEO as in all joomla sites is regular.
