Recently I received an inbound offer for a geo .TV domain - not through any marketplace or even an EFTY lander but via my personal email. The landing page had a fixed BIN price (not negotiable) which the potential buyer noted in one of his emails. The Whois no longer lists my contact details so I am curious where he could have found my email. The purpose of a BIN price is to avoid lowball offers. Lowball is a relative term but his offer is clearly well below what I would be willing to sell for.
