• If so, then this will happen when I don't expect it.

if only new domainers knew their odds of actually making money (never mind getting rich) from domaining, 99% of them wouldn't even start domaining.

this is a game for old timers who bought right stuff at right time.. or new investors coming in with tons of money to buy 4-5 figure domains (2L, 3L, generic coms) from people needing quick cash for their liquids.. and then flipping those liquids.. they'll make money.. just cause money always makes money..

otherwise, you may get lucky now and then jumping on some big new trend before its peaktime comes...

the rest of it.. it's all fools gold.

except way more fun than going for it with actual shovel.... or going to casino for that matter.

Because .top is from China and China is one of - or already the - biggest economy in the world.

YES, because my 'proof' is my total conviction* that I will sell my toptoptop... .top domain for more than 1,000,000,000.00 USD (more than 1 billion USD) because 'top' means 'top' and nothing can top the highest possible amount (21 times) of 'top' in a .top domain.

But, may I ask you, what let you think that you will become extra rich before this year (2016) ends?
