When you receive an offer through GoDaddy's Domain Buy service, who is the broker working for?

The buyer?

The seller?

Is the broker neutral?

Also: how is the broker compensated?

I would have thought that the broker was working for the buyer, but his correspondence with me made it seem like he was on MY side (or at the very least, neutral).

How do you charge for the Domain Buy Service?

We charge an initial Domain Buy Service fee to start the domain buy process and if the domain name is successfully purchased, a 20% Buyer Broker fee ($15 minimum fee) will be added to the domain purchase price.
