What's your best Estibot find recently?

I can't help it... I'm an Estibot junkie, it's always a rush to find an unregistered gem that comes up with a nice value.

Here's my best one of the last few months (registered Oct. 4th):

Estibot valuation is one data point, but if you are regging purely on this - then you are making a mistake.

I have one domain making $XXX,XXX. Estibot valuation - 1/10th of the revenue the site is generating.

.....and next thing you'll be hoping for is someone asking you what fkn site makes this amount?

I recently acquired RussianPreteen.com It can reasonably be considered adult and with the 'preteen' part, well, I don't think it'll ever be developed lol unless someone made an adult site with it that contradicted the domain.

I acquired it since it was archived from as far back as 2000 and its estibot is $110,000!

Just a quick look. Tilecounters seemed like a good term to me, and should bring in a few hits. It's not a cheap keyowrd, either. But the preferred search term is countertops, which is maybe why it wasn't regged.

So far as "preteen" anything - I would think even simple ownership of a domain like that would get your name on a list you'd rather not be on.

I think its only good is that Oasis sang a song with that title back in the 1990s. And that song is pretty much dead (considering Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" is considered the best metal song of all time, "Supernova" has been forgotten for the most part). I wouldn't speculate a $100 sale for your domain.

There is a line that I met but didn't cross (crossing it would be developing it). I got this for its age, really. If I cross the line, it would be developed into a full ADULT website. Its Overture is pretty strong but ha, if ppl come to this assumed site, they won't find anything 'preteen' about it. That's morally wrong (and gross. I don't want to make a website for R Kelly)

Estibot is as useful as any other valuation method, and eventually subject to user's appreciation.
It would be nice if all appraisers would mention those lines visibly instead of somewhere lost in some boring long agreement.
If people believe in a system, then it is nobody's business if they decide to follow the system or not.
Value is purely a matter of Belief ...
