    Estibot appraisal is SCAM ?

Recently came across one name in (.com) and estibot showing the vale of $ 29k, but the name looks ordinary and not that valuable. The name is available in auction.

    So my question :
Is there is some kind of scam etc. ?
Because name looks very ordinary and also long.
Are there any chances of different auction places and estibot tie-ups, so the bidders can get motivated to increase the bids by looking at estibot valuations etc.

I know Estibot is one of the best value appraisal for domain, but then also it hit in my mind, that's why asking is someone have any thought on that please share.

Never use automated appraisal tools, they all just make up random figures. It's mentioned 100s of times on this forum.

Use MessMeBot when you can't sell your name and want to be happy for 5 minutes.

no conspiracy going on trusting automated appraisals alone is the user fault.(i remember a thread on namepros about godaddy appraisals changing after the name is bought from auction Can't find it tho)
do your own research compile a list of potential end-users research them before you place a bid or purchase a name
    good luck

You shouldn't use the word SCAM unless you're providing evidence of a SCAM.

According to what I've read here, if a name has sold before, Estibot uses the sale price as its estimate, so check Namebio. (Though post #4 suggests it's Godaddy appraisal that does that.)

Just because a name is listed or recorded as having been sold doesn't mean the sale was legit, of course. That part could be a scam.

What does Estibot say about the number of searches and cost per click?

I put "?" mark after scam word, because I am asking is it a scam or not.
That is not statement. Instead it was question.

Can't believe out of everything I wrote you want to take issue with that. Do you think if someone started a thread with the title "bbboy5 is a SCAMMER ??", that's fine because they used a question mark?

Was there possibly a past high-value sale in the name? Estibot resets estimates after sales it seems.

Otherwise, is the name made up of a term that has a very high search volume and CPC?

If not either, I can't think of an explanation.
